Good stay.. whiny Tennant

I liked how it was more like an apartment but if you need a new key or if there is a discrepancy with the parking you have to drive to hotel circle to pick anything up and yhe number you have to call no one ever answers.... But all in all it was a really nice experience. Only thing that left a bad taste in myouth was one of the tenants complained directly to me cause my motorcycle was too loud.... It was 4 in the afternoon, and I wasn't being rude like over revving my bike or trying to make noise... I get where he's coming from but he threatened me and told me that he would have me kicked out. Well I apologized even though I didn't think I was in the wrong., and your window is right by the motorcycle parking, he could of came at me a little more respectful.... But you can't really control what other tenants are going to say to you or treat you. But besides that it was a good stay.

I should have read the reviews beforehand. Very inconvenient to check in 5 miles away, with no response to voice or text messages. This could be an acceptable place but the lack of bedding on the pull out couch combined with the paper thin discount bedding on the main bed made sleeping for more than one impossible. On the street parking isn't as bad as others state as there were a few places near juvenile hall- I vascilated between worrying about tickets or break ins. Luckily it only rained 2 nights while i was there. What a shame. With a responsive or caring manager, this apartment could complete with other motels in the area

To tired to wait, for the extra steps

You have to go to another motel to get the keys and wait nearly an hour to check in because the hotel agent at the desk is responding to a third party online and can't view your check-in automatically so you have to wait after a long trip; One is tired! But after that, the place is very pleasant.

Pros: * The property itself is clean and appears well-maintained. * Communication via text was polite and respectful. Cons: * Misleading "free parking" advertisement. * Parking is assigned and based on availability, but this is not clearly communicated until late in the day. * Late communication regarding parking arrangements, making it impossible to address issues before arrival. * Lack of on-site support, making it difficult to resolve issues promptly. * Street parking is often full, leaving guests with no viable parking options. * Responses via text message, while polite, were unhelpful and dismissive. * The overall check in process seems to be done remotely, and if there is a problem it is not helpful.

Not as advertised

This is not a hotel. There is no lobby, no person to check-in with. They list free parking, except all the spots in the lot are paid for and reserved. Parking is on the street which is used by the local residents. It took 10 minutes of driving around the neighborhood to find a spot. The layout of the building is very strange. Many exit doors with no ability to use the keycard to get in. Although my unit was on the first floor, the only way to get to it required me to go up to the second floor. I then had to meander through hallways to the other side of the building and go back downstairs. My unit was right next to an exit door, so leaving was easy. The only lights that worked was a bedside lamp and the bathroom light. No bath towels only 2 washclothes and 2 hand towels. And no one to call to fix the situation!

The whole room was filthy, hair on the bed and all over the floor. Shower was disgusting. White stains on couch. Worst place I’ve ever stayed at.
