There was no shampoo in the bathrooms, the remote for AC did not have batteries and it did not work well. Telephone needed replacement. You’d expect any of these to work seamlessly in any decent hotel but it took several request to get these straight here. The food, particularly desert section, was great. The town, scenery, sea was great.

Sanırım kat görevlilerine eğitim verilmemiş.. Sabahın sekizinde gürültü yapıyorlar.. Koridorun bir ucundan diğerine bağırmayı ilk kez burada gördüm.. Anfi tiyatro barında listede yok diye soda,limon,tuz ile yapılan chorcil bile veremediler.. Çalışan personel mutsuz.. Yüzü gülen bir tane bile çalışan yok... Sanırım özel müşteri olması sebebi ile barbeküde etin iyi tarafından pişirip birilerine verdiler.. Ben tepki koyunca size de verelim dediler...

Yemekler çok güzel , otelin konumu iyi ailecek ve çift olarak gidilebılır . Denizi ve sahili çok iyi . Tek kötü yanı havuz kenarındaki müziklerin sesleri biraz kısılmalı , Bir de havluların saati olması kötü . Her an gidip alınabılmeli ama bu pandemi sürecınde normal diye düşünüyorum . Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık

Sorunlar otele giriş sırasında başladı. Yaklaşık 2 ay öncesinden rezervasyon ve ödeme yapmama rağmen rezervasyonum olmadığı söylenerek 1 saat kadar bekletildim. Hotels.com araya girdi de otele giriş yaptık. Sanırım oteldeki en kötü odayı verdiler bize. Binanın havalandırması odanın balkonundaydı ve gürültü nedeniyle balkonu hiç kullanamadık. Mutfağın bütün kokusu ve gürültüsü de odanın içindeydi. Oda temiz değildi. Yatak rahat değildi. Gün içinde sakince oturulup denize/havuza girilecek yer yok. Her taraf gürültülü. Spa çalışanları pazarlamacı gibi peşinizde sürekli. "Turiste 500 size 150 olur" diyerek peşinizde geziyor. Bir gece de denizin kenarında vakit geçirelim dediydik lağım kokuyordu. Lağım da denize akıyor olabilir. Özetle önceden ödenmiş 1 günümüz daha olmasına rağmen erkenden dönüp evimizde dinlenmek istedik. Tatili otelde değil evimizde yaptık.

Otelin doğası ve denizi harikaydı. Otel odaları temizdi ve herhğn temizlendi. Yemekler herşey dahil konseptine göre ortalamanın üstündeydi. Tek kötü olan şey softnİçecekelerin ve Alkollerin aşırı kalitesizliği idi. Çocuklu aileler için uygun bir tesis.

foods and food services could be better. Its too difficult to get a meal which you want because of the queue and also you should walk too much to get a spoon of things to eat. food and beverages are low quality to reduce the cost. other things are well. sea is magnificient. rooms, pools, room and cleaning services are very well. if eating is not important for you I recommend this hotel.
