The owner of rodeway inn needs to stop asking ppl if we check out on the same day we checked in and keep asking for the card key they need to get card keys and better system

The owner and his son are very belligerent. I paid 1700 in cash before finding Expedia which was 60.00 cheaper. The owner refused to accept additional days. I wanted to book through Expedia. He and his son threatened to call the police. I don't know why white folks think black people are afraid of the police( we should be with all the recent incidents!) I wouldn't recommend this dilipated, racist owners to a dog.

I have 5 nights or more staying here in and when I asked to change my room because the smell was gross, disgusting and couldn’t even breathe or sleep the manager told me he couldn’t do anything. That maybe I can use some spray, he was totally gross even when I told him I had to bought a candle last night because the smell of cigarettes was too strong. The room smells like it have months closed and the place doesn’t look clean. Im pretty sure they gave me this room because I booked through a website because when you walk in they try to charge you $175 per night and told you is the best price that they can give you because it would be $200 tax: THAT’S A LIE!!!!! They just like to take advantage of their customers, specially if they know you don’t have any place to stay at. WORST HOTEL/MOTEL EVER!

Disgusting and disappointing

The whole place was disgusting from the smell of the room to the bathroom. There was stuff all over the walls there was dirt in the bathtub the sink look like it hadn’t been clean. The smell in the whole room smelled like someone had been in there smoking between smoking cigarettes and marijuana. I couldn’t sleep as the smell made me sick. and he told us it was a no smoking room Couldn’t even get any rest cause people outside screaming, and letting their kids play around. Also your website said free breakfast NOT!!!

A shabby hotel in a gim and decrepit area, but the room was clean, the staff was nice and,, and everything worked - hot water, AC, refrigerater, etc. However it was supposed to have WiFi in the room and the WiFi did not reach mine. With so many things requiring online access these days, this is important. And WiFi extenders are so cheap now there's really no excuse for it.

It was not in a safe area; my wife was very afraid and wanted to leave immediately. We only stayed one night as I was too tired to leave as our flight had just arrived and we were hungry. There were people smoking marijuana when we arrived, so the entire stay was terrible. I stayed up the entire night to defend my spouse in case someone tried to come into the room. Again, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as it was unsafe.

The only thing I liked about this place was that it was closed to the place I came to visit. This place needs to be checked by sanitation department I asked for a non smoking room and I found cigarettes ashes on the nightstand and floor. The headboard was dirty with some weird stuff. The bathtub water didn’t work so we had to use a bucket to take a shower, the toilet water was hot and the sink water was cold. This place was just a mess we put our own bed sheets that I had just bought because there was no way I was laying on that bed. We stayed there because it was too late to find another place and the reason we stayed was because it was so close to where we needed to be. And the next day when we were checking out 2 police officers where there looking for a man that had an arrest warrant. I was so scared please don’t stay here and the management was so rude. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
