I came to this property with 8 other guests for my birthday. The property was very clean when we arrived and large enough for all of us. The game room was so much fun and had so many activities to do. So even with as many people as we had, everyone was able to play and join in. Rooms were large with plenty of closet space and the sofa couch was comfortable.
The property is connected to an other house but separated by a garage so we didn’t hear the neighbors. The driveway was big enough to fit two cars. we had 5 car in need of parking, the street parking was very accessible and we didn’t have to worry about other cars taking our spots. It’s located close to everything so we didn’t have to worry about drive time or being late to the events.
Matthew, the host was very quick to respond. He was kind and great at answering any questions we had during our stay.
If you have a large party and/or have an event in the heart of Colorado Springs, manitou springs or at pikes peak this is a perfect place to stay.
