Our reservation was canceled and we never even received a notification. We called an hour before to the reservation company to get check in instructions and spoke to Leila who asked for our confirmation and said she would email instructions within the hour. I called back an hour later and we were told our reservation was cancelled and we had been sent an email. My Expedia account still showed booked and current so I was extremely confused and looked for the email and was unable to find anything showing a cancellation. The second guy we spoke with said we couldn’t rebook because the owner needed 10-days notice so we had to find a whole new place to stay as after we drive 3 hours to stay at this location. It was a terrible experience and situation. They wouldn’t let us talk to a supervisor either and said no one could override the cancellation
