Room appeared clean. It was quiet. The sheets and towels are not bleach white but were clean. It was well worth the money. Had to request a smoke free room.

Decent room for a great price. I like that the room floors are hardwood/laminate. Bed was pretty comfortable and room was clean. Traveling thru on a motorcycle and they let me park my bike under the overhang in front of the cameras.

We've stayed here before to break up longer trip. Will come back again. Sweet check in agent, very friendly. Place feels freshly renovated with wifi outlets, good bedding etc. Can't beat the convenience and quality and especially the price!

Surprisingly excellent value

Location was ok as there was IHOP, Olive Garden, Whataburger and Starbucks within walking distance. Even a movie theatre next door. Check in was great thanks to the friendly front desk person. The room 129 appeared to be freshly refurbished as everything was new and in order (except the A/C unit which was fine just not new). My room was one away from the ice machine which worked well. There was also laundry facilities next to it. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Quiet stay.

The rooms have been newly remodeled which is great but 80% or more of the people are living at the property. Lots of things sitting outside rooms and broken down vehicles in the parking lot. No room service and wouldn’t provide any new clean towels when we requested them, even though our rooms weren’t serviced as expected. We didn’t expect a lot for the cost but fresh towels isn’t a lot to expect. They could have even left them outside our room for the resident kittens to cuddle on until we returned.

The lady at the front office was nice, but this motel is one of the dirtiest we have ever stayed in, especially the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken, the shower was dirty, some of the pillows smelled badly, and there was even a booger under one of the pillows. At 6am there was a woman knocking amd yelling really loudly next door. We went with this place because it had an 8.8 rating on hotels.com, but it seems like many of these reviews may be fake. We would have gone to another place, but we didn't check in until close to 10pm so we just stuck out and used our clean clothes to cover the pillows so we could at least a little sleep, but we left as early as we could the next morning. Would definitely not recommend.
