We had a wonderful stay at grand du lac hotel, the service was excellent from the check in , breakfast menu (reminded by Ben through a late morning call) and until check out One of the staff (Camellia) also helped my wife gets her dried peach sweets from local store, they really went above and beyond to make us happy We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we come to Hanoi in the future

Location of the hotel is excellent. Good facilities (gym, spa, pool). Great breakfast. But the highlight of the hotel was its friendly and very helpful staff. Since we arrived they have gone out of their way to make our stay comfortable and helped us with everything from navigation, restaurant bookings, transportation etc. We were greeted each day like we were family. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling to Hanoi.
