Pretty views

The hotel is very cute, there’s a good amount of parking spaces and the lake views are stunning from some rooms. The building itself is a little tired and could use a nice refresh. The reception as a space is a little confusing as is marked with a different hotel name (?) so I thought I was in the wrong place at first. But the staff was very professional yet friendly and helpful with tips and advice. Maybe the most uncomfortable feature of the room was the shower with no glass/door so there was no way of NOT flooding the floor even with a quick shower. Location is very convenient for lake access and the area is just pretty all around. I would go back if I found a good deal and could book a lake view room again.

Hotel claims to be a 4 star yet it is more of a 1.5 star if that . Pool was dirty , staff have no idea what they are doing and claim the hotel is “changing” to a different one . Rooms are outdated and AC does not work . No restaurants around the area that are worth going to .

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich mit Willkommens Drink Eigentlich sind seit ca.22 Jahren immer wieder als Gast im Caroline. Mit dem neuen Besitzer hat das Hotel gewaltig Fortschritt gemacht mit dem neuen Restaurant wo es es sehr gute Pizza und a la Carte Gerichte gibt mit diversen Drinks Alles neu umgebaut hell und freundlich eingerichtet ,dass trifft auch auf die Zimmer zu. Der neue Frühstücks Raum ist auch sehr gross und es ist somit genügend Abstand zwischen den Tischen. Das Frühstück ist auch umfangreich mit frischen gutem Cappuccino serviert von dem sehr netten Chef der Restauration.Das einzige was wir uns noch wünschen würden eine Ausweitung der Brot Auswahl mit Vollkorn und Dinkel Brot dafür weniger Kuchen Das Personal war immer sehr nett und aufmerksam,da gibt es absolut nichts zu meckern .Danke ! Wir kehren auf jeden Fall wieder einmal gerne zurück ins Hotel Caroline !
