We just wanted a clean bed and shower between hikes. We got a lot more. Great little breakfast of fruit, juice, eggs, sausage and toast. Great view of Arenal volcano from our room’s front porch. Nice swimming pool. Simple but quiet and clean air conditioned rooms. Ours had kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. Perfect for us!

Beautiful location with friendly staff. Dishes in our room weren’t very clean so we had to was before using. Bathroom wasn’t super clean (walls) and didn’t have anywhere to hang towels. Curtains on the window and separating kitchen and beds didn’t work very well. Had to jump and climb on bed to move them on the rod. Pool was nice, and breakfast was included which is handy on early morning departures.

The whole stay was amazing. The views like no other, great hospitality and food. Could not recommend this hotel any more. Made our time in Fortuna so pleasant as a family of four. The views to the volcano are unreal. The villa was beautiful, the parking spacious and secure etc. We did not want to leave.

The staff were great and I enjoyed the location out of town but the basic room catches a lot of road noise. Pool is refreshing. No towel rail and no room servicing to change towel or make bed. Breakfast was toast scrambled eggs ham cheese and fruit and served individually.

If i could give confort Arenal 1000 out of ten i would. Staff was the friendliest and their treatment of guests is very personal. The breakfast was delicious. There were so many plants and facilities are well kept. You felt in an nature oasis. Already planning our next visit with the whole family. The rooms are so spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was gorgeous with a perfect view of the volcanoe. Felt like home! Thank you Geysel and all staff for the amazing service and stay.
