Room was dirty when we got there and they informed us they did not have cleaners or room service. The room was super dusty. I didn’t even ask for a refund I stood one night here and counted 5 roaches just in one night! I ended up booking another hotel for my stay, didn’t even bother to ask for a refund I just wanted to get as far as I could from this hotel.

I don't even know where to start. The motel felt like one of those establishments that charges by the hour. The smell of mildew and cigarette smoke was overwhelming. There were no towels or trasha cans in the room. There wasn't even a shower curtain or floormat for the RR. When i asked, the attendant sent someone over to put a shower curtain, but said they didn't provide floormats. The hotel DOES NOT have an elevator and carrying any luggage upstairs is tremendously hard especially for someone my age.

Lets start w/getting out of our vehicle in the parking lot and the stinch of drugs filled the air. Followed by seeing our next door neighbor that was clearly part of that scene. The room was horrible! From the stained sheets and pillows and bedbugs, to the ripped up furniture. The bathroom was disgusting. I would never recommend staying at this hotel. Felt totally unsafe.

The hotel is under new management but we did not have all the required items in our room. There were no pillow cases, no garbage can, no toilet paper holder and no free breakfast. We were told by the Uber driver it is the worst hotel in Galveston. Dirty- neglected and in a dangerous area. - we left and didn’t even bother to ask for our money back. This should not be offered as an option of places to stay!!!!!
