The location was very central, within walking distance of the main attractions, yet the hotel itself was quiet and pleasantly removed from the street noise. The hotel is great. The rooms were very nice and clean. Hotel staff is very polite, helpful and friendly. The location is great. There is metro station just down the street. Most places in central part of town are within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to visit Sofia.

Staff is very nice and polite. Hotel is very nice and elegant. Breakfast can be improved a little bit more with a wider choice,but it is ok. Room was very nice, big and clean but it was a too cold and I had to run the heating for full stay to get it a bit warmer. Overall is a good hotel

Charming boutique hotel tucked away in central Sofia. Recently renovated, with cozy rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to prepare an early morning breakfast and to arrange a taxi to the international bus station, which was a huge help as we had a lot of luggage.

A bright and cheerful building, seemingly renovated recently. Staff was a bit distant (maybe because of the language barrier) but competent. (Point for improvement: a warning about the low ceiling in the staircase could perhaps be added in the ascending direction too.)

Systems could be improved

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Over all I would probably stay again, room for improvement though just in terms of their systems. The woman that checked me in was fantastic, but other staff weren’t as good. I didn’t get my toilet paper refilled, and when I asked for more a different woman on reception didn’t know where they kept it. I ended up having to buy my own. A positive was the breakfast, but again I got conflicting information about what time breakfast was available. I also didn’t get my room cleaned all days except one because I was in the room when the cleaner came, and she wouldn’t clean while I was there even though I said it was okay to. So a few systems to be improved. However it was a nice stay otherwise.
