The property benefits from a convenient location within walking distance of Amalfi City Center and close proximity to a private beach (though the beach is not owned by the hotel, and guests must pay separately to swim or use the chairs). Unfortunately, these advantages did not outweigh the issues experienced during my stay.
The hotel’s advertising is misleading, as the property consists of three separate locations but only one matches the photos shown online. Guests may be charged premium rates for rooms without the promised amenities, such as a balcony or king-sized bed. Additionally, the rooms lack air conditioning, making them uncomfortably hot during the day and cold at night, and the beds are little more than cots with a sheet, resulting in poor sleep quality. Overall, despite the location, the lack of transparency and inadequate comfort made for a disappointing stay.
