Localização ok. Apto amplo, ótima estrutura, chuveiro excelente, mas as portas do box estão emperrando com grande risco de quebrar. Os colchões de solteiro do 2º quarto não são confortáveis. O colchão de casal é ótimo. Não tem sanduicheira, nem cafeteira, nem torradeira. Tinham apenas 3 canecas para o café da manhã e 2 com a alça quebrada. Encontramos uma barata morta no meio das almofadas na sala. Foi uma acomodação razoável, pela estrutura do apto, poderia ser melhor e mais confortável para se tornar de “luxo”, como no anúncio.
