This was our hotel was our very first night in Italy and it was absolutely perfect. Huge space, amazing tub, charming aesthetic, super comfortable bed, and very helpful and friendly staff. It is so easy to walk to a variety of restaurants for dinner or coffee. Parking is right on site. Elegant, affordable and charming. Absolutely loved this stay!

Great hotel, location and value for money

This hotel has a lot going for it, it is very central, with a large car public car park just by the entrance. Lovely hotel, friendly receptionist with rooms over 3 floors and a lift. Room was lovely clean and large with a comfortable bed. Highly recommended, but please remove Spa as one of the facilities! It does not have one and the receptionist was puzzled when I asked.

We loved our stay at this untouristic but friendly town home to Gavi wine, which we love. The hotel is very centrally located in the main parking square with free parking right in front. Our room was large and splotlessly clean with great aircon. Breakfast was reasonably priced with lots of home made things and excellent cappuccinos. We loved that everything was within walking distance including the very cool castle which has English tours. The wine bar opposite also has a restaurant round the corner, where you can have a lovely alfresco dinner. It is a shame more people don’t visit this great small town which is well situated for a break. We would happily stay again.

Hotel in town of Gavi in the middle Square parking looking up to castle!! Lots of restaurant around town . And a town swimming pool at the bottom of town. I keep coming back to this hotel as I feel at home . Fantastic stuff and service. And very clean. Rooms are lovely!! If you stay on a Saturday you can not park in Square over night as there is a market on Sunday morning. 5#

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, that was overshadowed by a major issue. A large town festival was taking place just 50 meters from the hotel, with loud music continuing until 2:00 a.m. We were only informed about this at the time of our arrival, when it was far too late to change our plans. We were traveling with two young children, and our room was facing the festival, making it almost impossible for any of us to get a decent night’s sleep. Had we been informed in advance, we would have chosen a different hotel. To make matters worse, we were not offered an alternative room away from the noise or any form of compensation for the disruption. The reception was also unattended during the evening, so there was no one available to speak to or make a complaint to while the problem was occurring. While the hotel cannot control local events, it can and should inform guests well in advance about major disturbances like this. Failing to do so, and then offering no practical solution or compensation, made for a very disappointing experience.

Fantastic place to rest staff are very helpful!! Very clean rooms!! Good parking and Fantastic breakfast, good restaurants and bars walking distance. You can park outside hotel all week but on Saturday night you can not as there is a market on Sunday. Parking is free. But if you park in blue bays you need to pay . You can park in blue bays on Saturday but pay . I parked down the road.

Great stop-off in such a beautiful town. Nice hotel right in the centre. Matteo the manager called us as we were arriving slightly late and recpetion was closing. Instructions were spot on and very easy. very simple room but nice enough and would stay here again if visiting.
