Relaxing area to stay.

We weren't able to enjoy it much since we down in Hot Springs most of the day. The area was very nice and relaxing for the amount of time spent there and being a half an hour from the city. The inside was very nice and spacious. The upstairs bedroom carpet did need a cleaning although.

Nice 2 story home in Hot Springs Village

Overall this is a nice place for a family vacation. There were 6 of us and we stayed for a total of 5 nights. There are some things that need to be addressed however. It’s designed for 6 people, but there are only 4 chairs at the inside dining table and the outside dining table. The Wi-Fi is somewhat slow, but adequate enough. In one of the bedrooms downstairs there is constant creaking noise coming from where the AC unit is and the fan is loose causing a loud knocking noise at all times. There were only 2 trash bags provided for the kitchen trashcan, which was insufficient. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper in the upstairs and the downstairs bathroom, which again was not enough for the duration of the trip. Overall the beds were not very comfortable. On a positive note there are 2 balconies with great views and the overall condition of the house was very nice and clean.

Good but not enough of….

The place is nice and clean, in a quiet neighborhood. I do have have a negative complaint, they only left 1 trash bag in the kitchen, about 1 oz of dish soap, 2 pouches for the dishwasher, 2 toilet paper rolls in each restroom, for 6 people and a 5 day stay. Also all the remote for the tvs the batteries were dead, we had to buy toilet paper, trash bags, batteries and dish soap. They have to take into consideration the number of days and number of people staying so they can leave the basic necessities; that is one of the reason we get a house instead of a hotel room. Other than that, everything was good, the view from both balconies was amazing.
