This is a nice hotel for this area, but not a 4 star hotel for American standards a 3 star hotel. The staff is very nice and most of them can speak English. Please consider heating the pool, which was ice cold, and make the warm portion of the breakfast better. These improvements will go a long way.

A la dĂ©couverte de ma chambre j’ai tout de suite notĂ© des taches sur les oreillers, comme s’ils n’avaient pas Ă©tĂ© lavĂ©s. J’ai donc demandĂ© Ă  la femme de mĂ©nage de me les changer et elle m’a indiquĂ© que les tĂąches ne partaient pas au lavage. Venant d’un prĂ©tendu hĂŽtel 4 Ă©toiles c’est choquant ! J’ai rĂ©servĂ© trois chambres dans l’hĂŽtel et l’une des deux autres comportait aussi des tĂąches dans les draps. En rentrant de la plage je m’aperçois qu’il n’y a pas de serviettes dans ma chambre. J’ai dĂ» appeler la rĂ©ception 5 fois et attendre 1h avec du sable sur moi avant de pouvoir avoir une misĂ©rable serviette. Pareil pour le spa, j’ai rĂ©servĂ© un crĂ©neau Ă  23h, je demande Ă  la rĂ©ception des serviettes, le personnel m’assure qu’elles vont arriver, aprĂšs 20 minutes d’attentes j’ai dĂ©cidĂ© d’abandonner l’idĂ©e de faire un spa. HĂŽtel 4 Ă©toiles, assez cher, pour un service mĂ©diocre, trĂšs dĂ©cevant !

Dans un premier temps, nous etions deçu car lors de notre reservation avec expedia notre demande de trois lits n'avait pas été enregistrée. Mais l'hotel a pu nous ajouter un matelas supplémentaire. Nous avons sejourné du 13 au 14.07.24 l'hotel etait tres propre, la piscine bien entretenue, le responsable du restaurant est tres reactif et veille au bien etre des clients. Merci a l'equipe de l'hotel Atlantis. Nb. Si vous sejournez dans cet hotel n'oubliez pas de profiter du hammam privatisé offert.

Les chambres communicantes sont correctes . Pas exceptionnel. Il a fallu 3 relances pour avoir la clĂ© de la porte qui permet de communiquer entre les 2 chambres. 2eme chambre pas prĂȘte avant 17h ... Bon buffet matinal . Manque Ă©normĂ©ment de professionnalisme dans le secteur de la piscine ( gestion des transats catastrophique , manque de serviettes , personnel absent ...) L Ă©tablissement en lui mĂȘme est super beau surtout la nuit , trĂšs illuminĂ©. La propretĂ© est de rigueur. Rien a dire.
