Room was lovely and clean, with coffee and tea facilities but would have liked to have had some sort of milk but there was nothing so couldn't used it. Breakfast was wonderful with every selection of food possible. Would have been nice to have had tea/coffee offered at the breakfast table so didn't have to queue for literally everything. Rather disappointing in a hotel of this size to have no sugar in the reception bar (ran out and waiting for a delivery!)

The reception staff were helpful especially the man on check-in helping me with the bus and the map. It’s a good location, right next to the Palace and only a short walk from the sights. The room was spacious too. I definitely think I would stay here again. The breakfast had a lot of selection however I felt a lot of members of staff were just walking around with not much to do and they kept looking at me as I ate so I felt rushed to leave (I got there at 8:30 so I wasn’t last minute at all) - also a lot of the food was missing signs so I wasn’t quite sure what most of it was (it didn’t even have Norwegian ). But overall a decent stay.

We stayed in the business room, the room was spacious with a separate living area with sofabed, dining table 4 chairs, a work desk. There is a separate kitchen area with microwave and electric gas. The bathroom is on the smaller side and no amenities. We were refused amenities by one of front staff but provided later on by another staff! The breakfast is very nice, with fresh smoothies and enough variety. Everything is replinished and nothing runs out. The staff are generally friendly and try to be helpful. Just one person was a bit difficult at the front desk. The gym is decent size & has all you need. Location is a short walk to the main city centre but atop a slightly elevated walk. Similarly story for the tram station, so bear that in mind when planning journey. Free coffee/tea in the lounge so helpful when you have a long day out. Very good stay overall.

The second time we have stayed in a Thon hotel. Once again the staff were extremely friendly and always happy to help. The amenities are super. We love the lounge area, it's such a nice touch. The breakfast was superb; such great choice and quality. We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded and that was completely above our expectations! The hotel is in a brilliant location, close enough to walk everywhere but far enough for it not too feel too busy around the hotel. We will defintiely be staying with Thon again!

The hotel is about a 15min walk from the National Theatre station through a lovely park. The station is in the amazing airport rail link. It is a 15min walk to the centre of Oslo and the harbour. Shopping and restaurants are plentiful. This hotel is a part that of a large chain of hotels across Norway. The rooms are solid, clean and comfortable . The breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. The guest laundry facilities were a welcome sight after being on the road for a few days.

I liked everything about the apartment - well designed and well equipped? The gym was very nice as well as a very complete breakfast buffet. It was wonderful to be across the street from a beautiful par. My only complaint was the noise of people above me, children running up and down the hall and construction outside my window. Great staff, clean rooms, great free breakfast. Fab location, only a 10 min walk to the markets. Our only complaint is that nobody from the hotel or hotels.com thought to tell us about the building work next door. We didn't find out until we got into our room. When I raised this with hotels.com on the 2nd day of a 4 day stay after being woken up at 7am by the blasting and digging which goes on until 5pm they passed the buck and said it was the hotel we needed to speak to. The hotel staff called us on monday evening to offer us a move to a quieter room on the other side of the hotel which was great. Considering we booked this trip in march for december travel we should have been informed by hotels.com so we could have decided if we wanted to change our accomodation.
