hotels.com has a long list of false accessibility information. Also, the wishes and information were sent to the hotel in advance. As a fit ex-paralympic athlete, I couldn't get up their ramp on my own. It's far too steep and long, far from accessible. The room also didn't take accessibility into account. I mentioned this to the hotel reception several times and they didn't respond. When checking out, I was late for the next place because I had to find out for 30 minutes whether I had paid for the hotel even though I proved that I was from two places. The reception then dealt with hotels.com very slowly. Really disrespectful without any responsibility, apology or compensation
