El hotel es verdaderamente hermoso. Decorado con muy buen gusto. Yo renté una habitación con tina y verdaderamente la disfruté muchísimo.

Incredibly stylish and unique property. Ver thoughtfully designed with excellent rooms and beautiful decor. Location is good too, out the main noisy area but still easy walking everywhere. Small, only 12 rooms, staff were helpful.

The room was lovely and clean. Everything about the room and hotel lobby was interesting.The staff was so helpful. Even with a language barrier, we were able to get help with getting some laundry dropped off and picked up. It was surprisingly quiet and had excellent AC for warmer days.

We loved our stay at The Chum Boutique! The staff were all super helpful and the location was perfect to explore Hue! The room was comfortable and clean and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Great room in Hue
Had a lovely deluxe room at the back of the hotel which was spacious and quiet. Lovely comfy bed and free standing bath and separate toilet and shower. Tastefully decorated room in keep with their theme.

Comfortable and stylish boutique hotel
A great little boutique hotel. A little out of the way of food places, but cafes galore.
Friendly staff. Facilities for storing luggage if checking out but late transport, along with showering facilities to freshen up as well.
Bed was luxuriously comfortable.

The Best!
The rooms are very nice, near the river and the heart of Hue. The staff is so helpful especially Hang and Dat. They arranged transportation and made sure I knew where to go, and where to exchange money. I was very comfortable here!

Well located hotel.
Nice hotel, easy walking distance to some nice resturants, the citadel and the market. Nice room, the second double bed was on a mezzanine level and you had to walk up a fairly narrow spiral staircase to access it.

Cozy Boutique Stay at Hue
We visited Hue only for 1 day and preferred Chum Hotel for its location, affordable price and modern facilities,l it did not disappoint. We arrived late and they had a receptionist and bellboy ready. We were greated with smiles.

My comforter had a stain on it but I’m sure they would have changed it if I cared at all/ asked them. Other than that hotel is in a cool area and has a cool vibe and nice staff.
