Heavy construction going on. The elevators were mostly closed down, lobby was massively impacted stairs were closed etc. It would be a great spot if not for major renovation. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful and kind.

Hotellet bra trots att det pågick renovering. Personalen var supertrevlig. Sämsta med upplevelsen var paffa kuddar i sängarna och att bäddsoffan knarrade varje gång något barn rörde sig vilket gjorde att man vaknade. Frukostbuffén var fräsch och fanns mycket gott att välja på.

stayed here on the 4 to 6th august , booked the hotel in June and was only informed the night before our stay that there was major construction work going on throughout the hotel. the whole hotel is like a building site, drilling starts at 7am every morning , rooms are very small and the shower is tiny

Hotel located in a quiet business environment

The breakfast was definitely the highlight — absolutely excellent. Adding a small refrigerator with bottled water, a coffee maker with coffee and tea, and perhaps an icebucket in the room would really enhance the overall comfort. The room, while cozy, felt quite small for three people and would be more suitable for two. Closet space was also limited, really only accommodating one person's belongings. Although renovations were underway, they didn’t disrupt the guests. However, there was a noticeable and strong scent of lumber in the reception area.

A wonderful place to stay, close to all the major sights in the city centre. The hotel has a lot of construction going on so it looks a little messy but the room itself, the reception area, and the staff were excellent. As others have mentioned, the breakfasts were truly outstanding.

Perfect location in Oslo

Our stay was actually fabulous. We were able to check in at 11:30 and the room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent and friendly. Location was 2 streets from the waterfront and only 4-5 from the royal palace. 4 blocks from the direct train to the airport. We will stay here again next visit. And it was $142 for the night for 2 including a great breakfast buffet.

Hotellet genomgår en renovering under tiden för vår vistelse vilket vi viste på förhand. Vi fick en uppgradering till större rum vilket var väldigt uppskattat då vi reser med en femmånaders bebis. Supertrevligt bemötta när vi checkade in. Hotellet behöver en face-lift men det verkar som sagt på gång! Frukosten var superb; massor av valmöjligheter och otroligt vällagat.

Da vi bookede var vi ikke blevet gjort opmærksom på at hotellet var under ombygning. Værelset var rummeligt men sovesofaen til børnene var dårlig og meget knirkende. Vandet i bruseren kunne kun blive lunkent. Morgenmadsbuffet var lækker.

Det är ju bra om hotellet är färdigbyggt innan gästerna flyttar in...Svårt att hitta ingången... skyltarna hänvisar till alternativ ingång men inte var den är... jättetrångt parkeringshus.... Borrningen börjar 06,57 så väckarklocka behövs ej. 09,50 precis när vi ska checka ut går brandlarmet och alla utrymms i en halvtimme.... Men det blir säkert jättefint när det blir klart. Och en jättefin frukost med trevlig frukostpesonal.

Undergoing renovations and VERY noisy early in the morning and until evening. Will be lovely BUT very expensive for a place in disarray. They did refund us 100$ a night but was still over 200$ for a very unpleasant stay. Had to move rooms as the noise was excessive but didn’t help.
