I had an amazing stay at Goyal Hoteliers during my recent trip to Agra. Goyal Hoteliers really impressed me with their cleanliness and service. I’m very particular about hygiene, and I was pleasantly surprised to find the room exceptionally neat. The floor was spotless, the bedsheets crisp and clean, and the bathroom sanitized thoroughly. It felt like staying in a much higher-end hotel. Besides cleanliness, the location is unbeatable. You can walk to the Taj Mahal in under 10 minutes, which is so convenient, especially if you want to beat the crowd at sunrise. The staff was courteous and always ready to help. They even arranged an auto for us at a reasonable price. I stayed here with my family, and all of us had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Not good

Room was not particularly clean although bed was comfortable. Odd smell. Wifi patchy, especially in the room. Shower was dreadful - half of the holes were blocked and the rest sent water in all directions. Towels discoloured (or not clean?). About a quarter a roll of toilet paper. Fortunately we only stayed one night and were up early for the Taj Mahal.

Basic hotel

A BASIC hotel next to Burger King, a short walk to the Taj Mahal. The hotel was on a noisy busy road, the window frames were rotting which made the room cold. The staff told us that a heater was not included in the price but we could borrow one for 400 rupees. Breakfast was ok but they said it wasn’t included in our booking, but they checked again after we showed them our booking. Lastly at check out they asked us to wait while they sent someone to check our room which was unusual.
