Fabulous location

We had a 5 night stay in the Plaza Hotel and had an amazing time. Location was excellent and 10 minute walk from the Cathedral area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Armine. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bed made. We booked the room with a terrace and had amazing views over the city. Yes the rooms are a little tired and dated, but for the price we paid we were not disappointed. Would highly recommend.

The property is ideally located for shopping as well as sightseeing and the staff are excellent. We enjoyed our stay for a week. The only downside was that the internet connection in the room was not so good.

Although the room was a standard size the balcony was very large. Booked on a whim and was very impressed with the property. The staff was extremely helpful. The only downside was that there is construction in the neighbourhood but that's very common in Seville at the moment.

I mention in my original review that EXPEDIA should notify future clients that they MUST contact the hotel for registration prior to arrival, to get the code to unlock main door. Otherwise they may have to wait for hotel staff to let you in when they arrive at the hotel (around 13:00 / 14:00 hrs)

Amazing hotel with great location. Not sure why other reviews are not favourable because our room was very clean, checking in was easy; it being a smart hotel, and all amenities worked perfectly! Only problem is the balcony view being a rundown building - the view portrayed in the photos is misleading. Would definitely stay here again if we return to sevilla :)

No hassle in check in and check out, all we needed was a code to get in the property and same for the room, property was clean and location was beautiful, the only area to improve was in the size of bed it was definitely not for 2 people and pillows were short in size and too thick for my liking.

Small Room but clean , smelled good but the shower head did not stay on and there was a mildew smell after a day.. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Other people slammed doors alot and were very loud. Good for location,clean towels and bedding. Cozy space for two. Bed was comfortable, soft linens. Overall it was a pleasant place to spend a few days. Again front desk was very nice and helpful. Happy face to see & talk to.

Tinniest room I have ever seen! It was so hot and the air conditioning was not working. First experience in a “smart hotel “ with no reception no keys you have to find your way in into de hotel and the room.

The hotel is in the middle of the center of Sevilla. Very good for exploring the city, but at night you can't sleep from the noise of the drunk people in the nearby bars and restaurants. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The atmosphere is cold, because there is most of the time nobody at the reception. You open the frontdoor with a code and also the rooms can be opened with a code. Next time we will choose a hotel a little further from the center.

Great location in the Center of Sevilla. But there es only sometimes staff at the reception. Cleaning was so-so. BUT there was an annoying smell in the room that did NOT come from the bathroom (which was OK). I heard a lot of noise, from the inside as well as from the outside of the hotel. The Walls theme to be made of paper. I would NOT book this hotel again.

Hotel room was clean and modern. Nice shower over bath. Shower head was a strange design. If you turn it up too high it would rotate around and spray water across the ceiling before rocketing out of the holder. Give this place a kiss if you don’t have an e-sim. Big big annoying frustration pile of crap was the Wifi. Connects fine with great signal but no internet. We needed it to be functioning. Raised it several times with the front desk and was assured it would be fixed it never was. Blantantly lied - ‘Oh it’s fixed now’ check no it’s not “oh sorry it wasn’t working earlier of yes we checked now and it’s working. … check again not working. Such BS for a modern hotel. Unable to communicate with family as planned and needed to make specific arrangements to visit bars to organise bookings
