Lovely hotel with a magnificent view

Lovely hotel overlooking the beautiful Gulf. Staff was extremely helpful and generous; cleaning staff did an excellent job everyday and were very kind ladies. conveniently located restaurant (Quetzels) as well as a food truck across the road from the hotel. A full breakfast buffet is available every morning until 10:00 am includes bacon and scrambled eggs (tasty), pastries, toast, jams, several fruit juices, and large Cappuccinos made to order by the hotel manager every morning. Very hospitable and lovely accommodations. The Belvedere is a good location to start your day trips: Segesta, mineral baths, Erice, Trapani, the salt pans, and Palermo.

Wedding venue + hotel

The hotel is really geared for weddings and other events. There is no food or drink available after breakfast to hotel guests. A car is essential to use the hotel. The pool is great but needs a poolside shower for cleanliness and I would not immerse your head in it without knowing about maintenance.

Hotel Belvedere non è una semplice struttura è una vera e propria esperienza di bellezza siciliana. Curata in ogni dettaglio. Le camere sono ampie e confortevoli con vista mare. Una piscina a filo che affaccia su uno dei panorami più belli della zona è senza dubbio l’elemento wow che lascia senza parole. Lo staff è professionale, ma il vero padrone di casa è Ruben che fa sentire gli ospiti a casa con la sua attenzione e premura. Immersa nella pineta la struttura risulta fresca anche nelle giornate più calde. Il parcheggio è gratuito ed proprio vicino la struttura. Inoltre Si trova in una posizione strategica per raggiungere le mete più visitate della Sicilia orientale. La consigliamo a tutti!

Yes, when the hotel is hosting parties, there is music that can be heard until about midnight. I put in ear plugs, no biggie. That being said, the rest of the experience FAR outweighs that one negative, so I would advise to book this hotel! The views are exquisite. The pool, a dream! The rooms are wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. The property is so serene and peaceful… a welcoming and wonderful retreat with a terrific view of the fishing town below. The staff were very helpful and attentive with all of our needs. The restaurant, park, and food truck just a few minute walk away were such a charming and delicious addition to the experience. I would highly recommend Hotel Belvedere!

Lackluster service for a property that brands itself a "resort". Bring your own car - you cannot walk into town from the property without risk. Staff could not be less interested in making your stay enjoyable - perhaps due to their limited English? The first night we were there, the receptionist recommended that we walk to the restaurant across the road (5 minute walk) for dinner. No room service - the restaurant is your only option. We showered, dressed, and walked over only to find it closed that day. We walked back hungry and passed the receptionist on the walkway while she was chatting on her phone. She started laughing when she saw us and stopped only long enough to say "of course it is closed tonight..." and she kept on walking. Get used to that kind of treatment if you stay here. Bring snacks. Great view of Castellamare del Golfo from our room. And that's really the only reason to stay here. Be prepared to fend for yourself.

Impresionante pero con fallos

Hotel con impresionantes vistas, atención de personal amable pero algunos fallos: toallas bastante usadas incluso algún borde roto, muy escaso el gel de ducha y al segundo día ni dejaron cuando limpiaron, tuvimos que ducharnos con la pastilla de jabón de manos. El desayuno lo hacen en un salón de celebraciones que tienen, con mesas redondas enormes como de boda muy desangelado, y es el único hotel de 4* que he visto con un desayuno sin huevos revueltos ni algo elaborado. Todo, salbo la bollería, empaquetado y puesto en una mesa súper pequeña......para mi gusto no corresponde con la calidad y el precio de un hotel 4*. La piscina infinita tiene impresionantes vistas, pero no tiene escalones ni escaleras para entrar y salir......algo muy extraño y cierra a las 18h. Mi resumen es bueno, pero creo que es un 4* con las mejores vistas que he visto en mucho tiempo y con muchas posibilidades de mejora.

Le but d'un hôtel c'est de se reposer et ça n'a pas été le cas . En effet la deuxième activité de l'hôtel ( organisation d'événements de type mariage, anniversaire)nuit a la tranquilité de l'hôtel, Musique jusqu'à 2h du matin sans compter les portes qui claquent sans cesse et lorsque nous voulons profiter de la magnifique piscine a débordement vue sur mer nous y trouvons les déchets de la veille au soir ( verre d'alcool, cigarettes, gobelets et j'en passe ...) le manque de finitions dans les chambres est bien dommage car la vue est splendide mais nous sommes venus avec un enfant et bien trop dangereux car le balcon n'est pas totalement fermé donc risque de chute ... Pas de Bar, pas de restauration donc obligé de reprendre la voiture et sans certitude d'avoir une place de stationnement car les invités des évènements prennent les places des clients de l'hôtel ... En bref grosse déception, surtout vu le tarif de la chambre ... Le petit déjeuner était plutôt banal. Le seul vrai point positif est la vue incroyable.
