All staff were really lovely and helpful, breakfast was fresh and reallly good, not much of a choice (mostly bread, honey, marmalade, pancakes and eggs with usual tea/coffee), but fresh and very tasty. Very nice staff who are always helpful. The location of the Riad is great for taxis, as well as walking to the center of the Medina. The room was clean and had a lot of space. On hotels.com, a superior double room sleeps 3 people, which is what I booked. But when I got to the Riad, they said the room only hold 2 adults and one child. We had to pay the difference to have the third adult. When having more than 2 adults in one room, book through their site directly.
