This was by far, one of the worse hotels I have ever stayed in...ever. To even find the hotel itself was a pain as it is inside a building on the 6th floor, not explained when booking. Then, when wanting to pay via CC, they wanted me to go to another location entirely to pay....they did not have CC machine on location. No hot water for shower. Bugs and cockroaches in the room. Stay away.

Not very well sign posted. Bed was comfortable but bathroom facility quite risky to use for an elderly person. Although the description said that a continental breakfast could be ordered for an extra charge, they could only get me a south Indian breakfast and that too after several requests. At checkout, the rather sheepish manager thought it best not to charge me for breakfast and rightly so! The lackadaisical Manager left most things for the young bell boy to cope with and it is this young man who is their precious pearl. Apart from him, the hotel doesn't live upto its name. As I had Expedia points and I had secured the room at a discounted price, I feel it was OK for 1 night but the hotel really needs to update bathroom facilities to merit its room rate.
