The problem we experience was on second day there we had no hot water, when we reported the problem we were told that maintenace had left for the day. We loved the property and plan to revisit the area. THanks the Garcia's untell next time.

The rooms don’t have heat and for kids was very cold. We reserved for 3 nights but we left on the second day again was very cold for my little ones. They don’t have portable heater to offer the restaurant it’s for 9 to 4 pm only No lock on sliding doors so we don’t feel comfortable leaving our things on the room

My reservation when I arrived at the hotel, was not there , they gave me an emergency room after arguing a long wait, the room was smaller, with capacity for 6 people and not for 8 as I requested, the staff attention was terrible, I didn’t have towers , blankets , and when asked for them they told me that I had to go get them .

El lugar está muy bonito, pero la habitación que nos dieron, justo quedaba al lado de la carretera, demasiado ruido y no pudimos dormir. Comentamos eso en la administración y nos dijeron que nos había tocado ese tipo de habitación porque había reservado la categoría más baja. En ningún momento al hacer la reservación mencionaban el tipo de categoría. Si reservas aquí, asegúrate de que no te toque una habitación justo al lado de la carretera.
