Hotel itself was good just in ab isolated area making it appear sketchy. The other residents were unsavory and I was asked multiple times by staff to leave a positive review ( I think because so many are negative), but it was fine for me being solo and an adult . Staff was great though

Had great stay, Friendly staff, very secure hotel, will be definitely back. We had a pleasant stay. We booked for 8 days but we just stayed for 4 nights and we were out in the day so we forgot to take pictures. The hotel is clean and quiet, and our room was cozy and I love the big refrigerator and microwave. It is comfortable for a family of four. What we found amazing and remarkable was the efficient, friendly and dynamic virtual staff, Krystal, who assisted us in the whole check-in process. She was not only patient and kind, she also swift and generous. On site, there was Dave, who personally makes sure your stay is « perfect ». We will probably book here again when we visit North Aurora.
