I was amazed at how beautifully designed this hotel was the rooms were gorgeous. Near the rooms are armed beautiful dark skinned men standing in front of a booth all night lol really makes you feel protected😜 the food and drinks were great as well as the views from the private beach

I liked the location with the mountains in the ocean. Also I liked the friendly staff. The servers and the chef. I suggest an enclosed area for meals. This will remove the easy access to flies and the pigeons.

Like the pool and the secenery , staff were friendly , area where water overflows from pool is dangerous as there is no cover can fall in if your a child or not looking properly , and can do with a clean . Room was clean and comfortable , a few minor attention to details needed, was given a kettle with no tea cups , and when asked never got , all in all we had a good time would go back place has alot of potential

My family and I totally enjoyed our stay at Chaquacabana. The lovely scenery together with the kind and helpful staff made our stay exceptional. Dinner and breakfast served here were both tasty and well presented. Worth it supporting our own right here in Trindad.

Fun for families with kids. Beautiful setting and scenery but hotel needs a lot of upkeep .the room was great and big and comfy. Water pressure was really weird,.too strong and shooting out the shower head and faucet. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable! Water bottles and toiletries were a nice extra in the room. Breakfast was included for our family, it was good and big portions. I would go back. The only negative was there was a party in a bungalow next to us but the AC fan was loud enough for me not to hear their music.

The staff were helpful. There was a issue at check-in where instead of my room being ready at 3pm I wasn't able to check in until almost 6pm due to overbookings and poor organization. Breakfast was good and the food at the restaurant was delicious. With a little maintainance work I expect this resort to be one of the best in the country. Very relaxing and fun stay.
