8/10 Very good

Very clean room and all equipped , the basement room has non shared bathroom. Owner is very easy to communicate with, everything is fine for the price in Markham. There was some noises from ventilation heating system in the night , so you need ear plug to have a good sleeping
Verified review

8/10 Very good

This only concern is the parking. We parked on the street. The owner helped us to register the car to the city per city's street parking polices. The location is very good especially is very close to new China town.

4/10 Fair

Like: Clean and quiet Not like: staff is rude, inconsiderate, lack of communication between staff and with tenant, did not keep verbal and written agreement with tenant in managing safe luggage placement and a pick up time
