Our overall experience at the hotel was far from positive. The lobby consistently had long queues, and there were noticeable complaints and dissatisfaction from various guests, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. I am extremely disappointed by this experience, as the advertised facilities, gym and Sauna were a significant reason for choosing Aqualuz Editory Mar and Rio and everything was out of order. The additional costs incurred to use another hotel's facilities were both unexpected and frustrating.

Correu tudo bem. O pequeno-almoço é excelente e as condições são excelentes. Ótimo para viajar com crianças, pois até tem uma cozinha equipada para cozinhar, caso seja preciso. O único senão é o preço do jantar no restaurante do hotel, que é 35€ por pessoa, um exagero.

El hotel en si esta bien ubicado, pero la gestión tiene serios problemas que se traducen en un servicio muy debajo de lo que se espera de un 4 estrellas. Las piscinas no están mantenidas, el agua está verde. El servicio de desayuno es un servicio mínimo. No hay estación de huevos/omeletes y no se puede pedir nada a los camareros. El gimnasio está cerrado pero no avisan de ello en el momento de la reservación. Tuvo una avería y están esperando al seguro para resolverlo. El mantenimiento no se está realizando. El material se rompe y nadie repara. El desayuno tiene una cola enorme después de las 8:30 y no es porque no hay sitio, pero por la falta de personal y la mala gestión. Hay mesas disponibles pero o no las ve la chica que sienta a las personas, o no están montadas. Nos llegó una encuesta cuando estábamos allí. Respondimos y preguntaban si queríamos que se pongan en contacto con nosotros. Dijimos que sí pero nadie se puso en contacto con nosotros. Un hotel donde no volveré a ir.

Die Lage direkt am Meer bzw. Ausblick aufs Meer ist toll. Unbedingt Meerblick buchen. Über einen Steg ist man fussläufig schnell am Strand. Hotel und Appartement ist gross und okay, aber langsam doch in die Jahre gekommen. Aufgrund wenig Gästen waren die Hälfte der Restaurants geschlossen, Speisenangebot/Frühstück im Andaluz Mar okay, mehr aber auch nicht. Outdoor-Pool mit zu kaltem Wasser.
