6/10 Good

Good budget stop on a motorcycle trip. A couple of excellent restaurants within walking distance. While the hotel is fine for its purpose, the surrounding neighborhood is rather dodgy looking. Once you get past that, it was a good place to stay overnight.

It was a dump. but for 150.00 a night what do you expect!

8/10 Very good

We stayed at the inn & not in a cabin, which I thought I had. Everyone was very friendly & remembered my name. Town needs improvement.

no house keeping services, the breakfast that was offered was sub par as juice & granola bars was served on a table outside of rooms in corridor. I would not stay here again.

6/10 Good

Parking was poor. There was construction going on near by, so the area was filled with workers stuff and trailers.

Does not meet basic standards

The place is the cheapest in the area for a good reason. Owner has another place nearby, they did not honor a reservation made, paid, and confirmed 2 months ago, so we spent 3 hours beginning 8 pm to call places in the area so we did not have to sleep in the car.

I loved the people running the property. It's quaint, but warm and clean. I would stay here again.

Not impressed. After driving from west Yellowstone to east glacier, we arrive and are told “ we gave away your room” So the clerk offered a single bed for 2 men. Really? We said that will not work Then she offered a second single bed Room in a different building. This way we had 2 rooms I went into my room. No reception on the TV! Also no internet The other room had issues with the shower Both rooms the shampoo dispensers were empty. In my room there was a coffee maker with a Styreofoam cup with coffee grinds but no filter. Really?! Never again

One of the worst properties I have stayed. Everything was dirty and dusty. Not for family and kids. Needs serious renovation. The property is not safe, it is right beside abandoned property. I don’t know why on earth they charge so much. There is no breakfast. All you get is expired orange or grape juice. The bathroom is meant for kids. Try your luck sitting on the dirty toilet and if you are a full grown up (especially, male), you would have a terrible time sitting on kids potty . The ac had spaces which opened to tiny backyard , it was an invitation for bugs. Very noisy. You try to open or shut the door, the whole property shook. I had terrible time thinking a bear was dancing and trying to break in each time a neighbor opened or closed the doors in the night time. I smelled smoke in the night. Pretty sure it was coming from outside. There is no reception post 10pm. So good luck if you have any problems. The blankets and bedsheets were torn, dirty and felt like it had not seen water in ages. Overall, i felt cheated with the charges and the advertisement they have everywhere.

Never again

There were lights that didnt work. The bathroom door stuck and was hard to open and shut. There was no area big enough to we parked just off the street. The yard was way over grown and there was garbage all over.

I would give a zero rating if possible! The property appeared rundown when we pulled up, though we were tired from travel and not terribly picky. We entered a dingy looking office area. We had passed a lady outside who was smoking and did not acknowledge us. After a moment waiting in the office, the lady came in and asked if she could help us. I said we were there to check in, and she promptly said there were no rooms available. I said we had a reservation, to which she rudely said the rooms are given away first come, first serve. I asked what the point of a reservation is, and she shrugged. We had our camping gear, so I asked if there was anywhere nearby to camp. She said no, but we might find a room in Browning or one of the other small towns. She handed me a paper with the number for the manager in case I needed to contact them for my refund. I could tell she considered the conversation over. Part of me felt thankful we weren't staying, as I feared what the room might be like based on the general look of the place, however, my daughter and I needed a place to sleep. We stopped in to the Circle R motel down the street, even though it said "No Vacancy", I hoped they would be more helpful. The guy at the counter was very pleasant. When I told him what happened, he said they had four other people that evening with the same problem! Thankfully they also have a property nearby with cabins and RV spaces. He said we could set up our tent there, and charged me just $10 for a site.

It smelled like cleaning fluid so I thought it would be clean. All of the floors needs to be vacuumed. Electrical outlet between beds did not work.

It was the dirtiest place we have ever stayed in and left a day early with the loss of a night's prepaid money. Extension cords keep the place powered, unsure if any bedding was clean, found 2, yes 2. pair of underwear found in the room, no outlets in half the room.....front desk said :not my problem," It was a dump...drive by fast... This is a total scam. NOTHING listed in the amenities is true. Tried calling the phone listed online and they denied it was them. This place should be shut down! Had a milk house heater in one of the rooms. Had to run a cord across the room to hook up cpap! Lamps didn’t have bulbs. No top sheet!

Complete false advertising! NO "4 restaurants onsite" NO slippers or newspaper NO free breakfast or "dinner with reservations" No bathtubs NO cafe NO valet parking WiFi didn't work in my room No "foof/beverage credit" NO blankets - they called a cheap, thin bedspread a "blanket" TV tiny and remote didn't work well Deadbolt did not lock from outside WHAT "mountain view"? Room FILTHY - dust, cobwebs, dead bugs, chipped paint Pros: Receptionist tried her best.to explain deficiencies, Beds reasonably comfortable Avoid at all costs, until they complete supposedly scheduled upgrades

I signed up with the motel on Expedia with a no-refund room rate. Got to the motel and was assigned a room. The room smell from carpet cleaning was so overpowering that we walked out immediately. I went back to the reception room and told them that the room was unacceptable. I asked for a refund and they said they would give me one. Instead, I was carged twice. I am still trying to get Expedia to address the issue along with my Credit Card company. No luck so far. Expedia tell me the motel won't answer thier phone. So there you go. Terrible property, terrible customer service and a total rip off!
David, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Property charged my card upon reservation and not upon arrival. Property was overbooked, so they put us in their 'cabin' about three blocks from the main site. (Never saw enough vehicles to believe overbooked.) Cabin did not have WiFi connectivity. Exterior was is poor condition. Windows single-paned from the 50s. Curtains an after-thought. Carpet 60s beige, and badly spotted by the door because no cutout for weather. Full sofa and half sofa hide-a-beds. Half sofa was a fire code violation when closed because partially blocked access to bedroom. Would have fully blocked access if unfolded. Modern TV on floor, with 2-ft diameter table and to put it on, if you didn't want to use it for anything else. Baseboard heat. AC unit poorly installed, and probably the cheapest one I have seen in my life. Nice appliances in kitchen (Refrigerator, microwave, stove) but countertops and cupboards were from 60s. Bathroom needed renovation, although the tub was satisfactory. Back entrance to service station had semis passing thirty feet away all night long, plus Amtrak station across the highway. Left three days early, in spite of having paid for the remaining nights. Highly dissatisfied, but no recourse on the highly excessive prices (for value received). DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! I do not understand why Expedia lists it since it is so bad.
