Lovely hotel, brand new, perfect base for exploring the Iguazu falls and surrounding area. Rooms are simple and a bit on the small side but it's clean, quiet and the staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

Wouldn’t stay there again

There was no record of our booking. They put us initially in a room with no linen on the bed. Next they put us in a room with an air conditioner that didn’t work. Finally we got a decent room but the safe didn’t work and the maintenance man couldn’t make it work. So sorry we booked there. Breakfast was just ok. Can’t understand the 9,4 rating. You can’t trust the ratings it seems. We are experienced travelers and rarely complain but I just had to warn future potential guests

O atendimento excelente, o Américo muito atencioso, a região muito boa, café da manhã muito bom. Mas hotel ficou a desejar: Quarto apertado pelo valor cobrado; Internet horrível; Mal cheiro de esgoto no quarto constante que vinha do banheiro; Posição do quarto ruim, ao sair do elevador tinha que subir 2 lances pequenos de escada para chegar no quarto.
