This hotel fitted my needs perfectly. It’s easily walkable from St Pancras International and King’s Cross Underground. The bed was comfortable and room was just the right temperature for sleeping. The en suite was noticeably warmer, which I really appreciated. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Honestly I wasn’t expecting much, we were on a really short trip and needed to be close to King’s Cross. The room was small - but we knew that, and it was spotless, comfy bed, nice bathroom. If you’re going to be exploring London and need a base to sleep. This is a great cheap option. We probably spent all of 8 hours in the room. The staff were friendly, held our bags before check in and after checkout which was great.

Better than expected! We booked here very last minute after train delays/cancellations left is stranded in central London. For a budget hotel this was a great little spot, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, fresh breakfast. We booked the best room available, I'd say it's worth the extra few quid. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We arrived late in the night and were welcomed by reception who also helped with our bags (no lift) to the second floor. Our room was upgraded which was lovely. AC was welcomed and very comfy bed. A small room but was fine for one night.

Lovely little hotel with super friendly staff who were very helpful. The location is fantastic, just a 2-3 minute walk from Kings Cross. The room was lovely but the temperature was incredibly hot in the room and we werent able to lower it with the controls.

Although the room was tiny it was new as was the bed and bedding. Great size TV with that had everything. Wouldn’t stay there for long but as a quick stay to connect with Kings Cross St Pancras’s station it was perfect.

The hotel is small and cozy. They have made the most of the available space. Nicely designed and well appointed. There is no lift so I would recommend to solo travelers traveling light and those who are on the fitter side. Staff is great.

The PERFECT hotel for staying in London if you want to take advantage of the Underground and enjoy the city. Located a couple blocks from Kings Cross St Pancras, it was so easy to hit the ground running every morning and great to return to at night. Lots of good food options nearby as well. I love that we used the key card for the room to turn on the lights and the A/C, makes it easier to keep track of it as well as ensure you save energy while you're out and about. Bed was super comfortable, bathroom was clean, staff was friendly and so helpful, just overall a great experience. The room we stayed in didn't have an abundance of power outlets which made it a little challenging when getting ready as the mirror was just barely out of reach from the curling iron, but it was manageable. I do appreciate that they required reservation times for breakfast, it ensured the room wasn't too crowded or noisy for food and that there wasn't a long wait to eat either. The staff was incredibly attentive and always pleasant to interact with. I will be recommending this place to anyone I know staying in London who wants a safe and comfortable place to relax after their adventures.

Online check-in was quick and easy. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was quite small, but that was expected for a single room. Still, the room was clean and had all the amenities needed. The bathroom was again small, but clean. However, the shower was tiny and felt slightly claustrophobic while using it, so keep this in mind. Also, the room was noisy in that you could clearly hear the people in different rooms, which could be disturbing to some. On the other hand, the location of the hotel is truly what you are paying for, as it is a 5-minute walk to King's Cross St Pancras, which is very convenient if you need to catch public transport early in the morning. Another positive is that it is close to food locations such as McDonald's, and it is also a short walk away from Tesco Express. Overall, I think that this is a decent hotel, especially if staying for one or two nights and looking for somewhere close to the train station.

I stayed here for 13 days. I LOVE this hotel. I don't know where to start. I so appreciate a great shower (great rainfall shower head and a had held one too!) and a comfy bed with great sheets and pillows! T.V. is great too. Best of all the staff was absolutely incredible. Charming, sweet, kind. Lovely!!! Oh the Italian restaurant a couple doors down is fantastic by the way. Dex I'm certain is the name. Anyway, I give this hotel a 10 ! -C. Scott
