There was no staff when i got there, but i received the lock code to enter the room. The property location is very convenient, in front of a main ave where you can get a collective taxi to the beach or to center city for fir about 50 cents USD. La ubicación del hotel es excelente y las instalaciones de la habitación también. Solo algunos puntos a mejorar , la limpieza de la cocina y sus equipos puede mejorar, así como del piso y sofá. Hay un baño sin ventilación que se requiere que ventilen mas frecuentemente para vitar que huela a humedad, así mismo los aires acondicionados presentaban algunos hongos en los ventiladores.

En general estuvo muy bien, ubicacion tranquila, camas comodas, lo unico de lo que puedo hablar es del momento en que llegas, se supone que te entregan la habitacion a las 3pm, llegamos como a las 3:10pm y todavia nos dijeron que hiban a checar si las habitaciones estaban "listas" siendo que ya pasaba de la hora del Chek in, nos dijeron que todavia les faltaban como 15 minutos más; referente a la limpieza yo creo que le pondria 8/10 parecia que un baño no estaba bien limpio pero ya no quisimos hablar de ello con el encargado ya queriamos descansar, de ahí en fuera todo bien, descansamos a gusto y el encargado muy amable
