Great location in downtown area short walk to UVA. Our room was cheerful and very clean. Enjoyed the vibe of pop mod decor and the occasional rumble of train behind the property. No parking on site but space to unload and reload vehicle just on front. The parking garage is just at corner across from hotel at additional cost of $20 day. Breakfast and lunch sandwiches or wraps conveniently located at food truck on property. Check maps online for pubs/restaurants and locations nearby.

Our room (1) was noisy. It faced an active railroad track and late night club. Providing ear plugs and eye masks was not enough. I suggest door insulation and heavy drapes.

We really enjoyed our stay. I would say that it is best if you are looking for somewhere to stay in that specific area or just really want the fun setting. Otherwise, it had a few more speed bumps than I would prefer. The distance the parking, the very near train tracks, limited hours on food, etc.

The staff at this property is welcoming and helpful - we had a great stay. Parking is easy, the property is well-maintained, and the location is so convenient to the corner, UVA medical facilities, and the university. Highly recommend.

Hotel was adorable! Very clean and inviting. Convincingly located and within walking distance to the university, bars and restaurants. We would stay here again if visiting the area. Parking is across the street in the garage. A parking pass was provided at check-in. Our only complaint was the check-in process. We showed up expecting to check-in right at 4, but there was an extended wait time. Several other guest were checking in at the same time before the concert. Would recommend preparing keys, parking passes, etc for existing reservations prior to check-in time for a smoother process.
