This hotel staff is nice and the shuttle service to the MTR station is a plus. However, the room size is really small and the premier view of the harbor isn't really premier level. I was looking forward to the "PREMIER" part of my booking which I felt was missing. Other than this fact, a good stay. I would choose to stay closer to the city center next time.
This is not what I expected as a "Premier" harbor view.
Room is so small and no places for storage for your clothes. You have to live out of your suit cases. If you have 28 inches or bigger luggage, the room will have no space to walk around.

Very new hotel. Most of the staff are friendly especially the luggage department. Complimentary breakfast was already better than expect although not a wide range of choice, but is above average. Shuttle bus makes more convenience, although a short walk can access to train station. Room size are so reasonable in Hong Kong. Bath Tube are so nice with good enough water pressure. No self laundry room but some laundry shop are within 10 mins walk.

Everything is great, just that the AC is a bit noisy and hard to lower its speed. Traffic is easy for most travellers with shuttle bus to one of the nearest sub stations. Although a 10 min walk to the other station and the nearby To Kwa Wan district will find a lot real treat to local delicacies.

Easy access to Kai Tak Promenade which is great for a scenic stroll or run, good to have shuttle service to Airside where Kai Tak MTR is. Buffet breakfast is great and dinner at the Chinese restaurant was delicious but a bit pricey. The only drawback is water spilling through the shower door, making the floor of the bathroom wet (guests need to be cautious to avoid slipping). Overall a comfortable stay!
