Pontos positivos é a limpeza, o rápido atendimento e troca do quarto quando apontamos problemas na cama, a disponibilidade do quarto e a flexibilidade para liberarmos o quarto e o carro na garagem. Hotel parece meio abandonado, tem muito cheiro de mofo e pra completar, na hora de ir embora nos cobraram 100 reais pela estadia de nosso pet de pequeno porte, valor este 3x maior do que o cobrado normalmente em hotéis. A estrutura geral do hotel é boa, o café da manhã muito bom e localização boa. Mas tem um ponto crítico, especialmente para quem viaja a trabalho, o quarto não tem mesa para trabalhar. Tem apenas uma pequena bancada de granito junto à uma pia da cozinha, mas que não cabe por exemplo notebook e mouse, e para sentar é uma baqueta de cozinha desconfortável.
