Excellent apart hotel located in the heart of the city and in the most secure area. The staff were very nice and welcoming, and the price is very reasonable compared to other hotels nearby. This property had a kitchen which we used for most meals. Convenient Marjane grocery store was two blocks away. We could easily walk to the art gallery and do our own walking tour of historic art deco and art nouveau buildings next to the palais de justice. You could walk to the waterfront and or easily grab a taxi to the grand mosque
