Me he hospedado en varias ocasiones y todo había estado excelente, sin embargo, esta última vez. Desde que llegamos no estaba lista la habitación y tuvimos que esperar 1 hora sin poder entrar al cuarto. Cuando quisimos conectarnos al wifi, resulta que no lo habían pagado y no había, al poco tiempo se fue la luz (hacía demasiado calor) y no cuentan con una planta ni nada, por lo que estuvimos a oscuras al menos un par de horas, cuando volvió la luz. Comenté que no tenía internet y necesitaba trabajar, por lo que, nos mudaron a otra habitación donde supuestamente sí había wifi (era intermitente) pero esta habitación era más sencilla que la que yo había pagado originalmente y en ningún momento me hicieron el ajuste, ni me ofrecieron algún descuento en mi próxima visita. El personal fue amable, sin embargo, fue una estancia muy incómoda comprada con las ocasiones anteriores que hemos estado ahí.

Las instalaciones del hotel no tienen nada que ver con las fotos que aparecen en la publicidad, la habitación muy sucia, cama muy incomoda y desgastada, el baño terriblemente sucio, incluso aun se notaba que lo acababan de utilizar por los restos de orina manchadas en toda la taza, no tenían toallas por lo que tuve que bajar a recepción, el WiFi muy lento, habitación con poca iluminación y con muy mal olor, el minisplit nunca funcionó y para colmo el piso muy sucio con cabellos e insectos, no me volvería a hospedar ahí.
