Didn't use the pool but looked clean. The room was not as shown on the web site. There was a need to request a better make up to the room, specially to the bedding garmets and bath towels. When it was done....it did looked better. Breakfast has plenty room for improvement ( some of the cakes, cuscuz could be covered with a net umbrela to keep the little insect out). Staff members very friendly, some not happy when complained about the room appearence and hair on the pillowcase and more. We were given clean pillowcases to change it ourself....unbelivable... air con was good.

Primeiramente o quarto não tinha um aspecto limpo, toalhas ruins e a cama estava cheia de terra/cisco. O ar-condicionado fazia muito barulho e depois começou a pingar muito. É notável que falta manutenção nas instalações, o controle remoto estava com fita adesiva para segurar a tampa e as almofadas feias e cheia de bolinhas. Ainda o café com poucas opções, frutas passadas e pão seco. A localização é boa e o atendimento razoável, pois não tem receptivo para as malas e, ao reclamar do ar pingando, nada foi feito, não obtive nenhum retorno. Ainda tinha uma obra que parecia estar em cima do meu quarto, de n° 8, e logo cedo começou com muito barulho. Espero que ajude a melhorar o serviço, amei a cidade!

Pousada apenas para passar a noite. Goteiras por todo lugar, banheiro entupido, frigobar enferrujado, ventilador barulhento, lençol manchados, janelas quebradas, mal fecham, sem tv smart ou canais, pia baixa, espelho de banheiro escreveram nele e nem foi limpo. Tirando a Recepcionista da manhã e as duas da cozinha, nada salva. Primeiro dia que estava cheio o café da manhã salvou, dia seguinte um desastre.

Café da manha gostoso e variado, boa recepção dos funcionários. Local agradável. Piscina bem limpa. Quarto razoável (muito barulho nos quartos da frente). Banheiro estava organizado, mas nao estava com a limpeza excelente e a descarga do vaso sanitário estava vazando. A localização é boa, de carro fica rápido chegar nos pontos turísticos.
