This is 100% the best hotel in the historical area of Cuenca. They have amazing staff working at all times and delicious food that rotates in the morning. The views are also the best, as the building is directly across from the Cathedral.

I felt safe exploring the old town, and the location was conveniently close to everything I needed. The best part of the hotel was how caring and kind of the staff were during the stay. Everyone went out of their way to make sure that you were comfortable. The Hotel is quaint with modern upgrades, and an amazing rooftop restaurant. The only thing you need to be prepared for is the loud ringing of the church bells early in the morning and the noise from the street, which is inevitable, given how centrally located the hotel is. Otherwise, a great value stay.

Hotel Vaway is perfectly located adjacent to the historic town square and cathedral. Rooms are great, staff is excellent, rooftop restaurant has fabulous views! Since it is located in a busy area, there can be considerable street noise. But the location is very safe and convenient to everything.

Fabulous location in the historic centro. Unfortunately, very noisy with street noise late into the night. Our room smelled a bit, though it was very clean. Staff very helpful and good service. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the rooftop restaurant very good, though it was pretty mych the same every day. Overall a good stay in a superb location.
