We verbleven dit jaar voor de tweede keer in dit hotel, als laatste stop voor de Kanaaltunnel. Op 20 minuten rijden, nog even genieten van het Engelse plattelandsleven. Gezellige pub, prima kamers, goede keuken. En zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. Aanrader!

Channel tunnel stopover

This hotel has a beautiful village location,the rooms though small are well appointed and immaculately clean. Food was of an exceptional standard (lamb suet pudding being one of the best things I've eaten)and all staff were very pleasant and helpful

Excellent Pub with excellent clean hotel accommodation, the staff were faultless and couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Truly a dog friendly pub with the canines treated as guests as well as the owners. We'll be back.

Great hospitality

The staff went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. We were leaving before breakfast the next day so they arranged a breakfast goodybag for us to take. Food is delightful. A perfect overnight stay on our way to France

Fantastic stay at this beautiful inn, rooms were lovely and the fogs was exceptional! Staff very welcoming and friendly with take away breakfast offered as we were leaving early the following morning. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely pub with great food and drink

Lovely pub with great food, great beer, great wine and lovely staff. The staff are super helpful. Also has big car park for off street parking. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent. Our room was good with plenty of space and very quiet despite being in the main pub building.

Return visit

Lovely place in a nice village. This is a return visit as we liked it so much first time. Excellent menu and really great food. Stayed in converted stable room and it was lovely and cool despite it being very warm outside. We will return.
