Our 2 night stay was ok. Spacious and sort of close to the action. However build up to checkin was stressful as we had numerous emails, and at times hard to get while travelling to advise we had to be moved. We didn’t end up moving which was good as we were not happy to do, but understood. The place needed a bit more warmth, newer towels, and maybe change the outdated shower curtain, may I suggest, which is always nice to provide a small long life milk to get guest started. The apartment is overlooking the railway which is fine but was noisy so would not suit light sleepers. The whole getting the key first upstairs in the room then going down to park the car was inconvenient, the remote was a little sketchy at times and was a little worrying as you are not to speak to the security at the desk. Not very personal which if that is what you are after then a hotel may suit people more. One key for 3 people was inconvenient. Upon checkout we had to use the remote to get out of garage and then park outside and return the key back up in the room. Checkin instructions are a little outdated especially the house rules. Eg; there is no carpet but stressed not to drink red wine etc and avoid spills. Maybe the instructions are standard but don' necessarily relate to all properties being managed. Suggest instructions be more detailed and relatable. If we had know we had to do all this for checkin we would not have booked this apartment.
