This was my first experience staying at the Hampton Inn, the staff was very friendly, the lobby very clean rooms were clean as well untill I found 3 dead bugs on the bed on top of the comforter. I took a picture shower to the ladies at the front desk one of the ladies clre cleaned the room and changed the sheets, however when I asked if I could be compensated I was told no, which I didn't think was right because of the issue I had, then it was explained to that house keeping would give a full service to the room the next day it was never done.

I had an outstanding 3 night stay. The staff was courteous and professional but also willing to go the extra mile. From Jazmine A and Candice N in housekeeping; Bryce and Ariyana and the others at the front desk, the Breakroom attendants, the engineer that didn’t just tell me where the pool was but walked the distance with me and others. The professional demeanor of the management did not preclude them from being welcoming. It was a great stay
