Me fue muy mal, para empezar no me dieron la habitación que yo reserve, había reservado 1 cama Queen y me dieron una habitación con cama matrimonial y una cama individual, después de eso, cuando acudí para que decirles que la habitación no iba con lo que yo rente, el gerente me dijo que era lo que tenía y si bien podía irme a otro hotel, después de eso, el internet no funcionaba, quería ver capitulos fe mi serie, estuvo pésimo, también con el tema del pago, cuándo yo reserve me comunique con él hotel, les dije que no había pasado el cargo, el chico que me atendió me dijo que si estaba mi reservación que no había problema, el día que iba a llegar me mandan mensaje diciendo que tenía que pagar el 100% o no se respetaba mi reservación, situación que no tuve problema hacerlo, pero de verdad todo estuvo muy mal, mal trato del personal, incompetente, la verdad no son claros con sus indicaciones al momento de llegar, debido a que nosotros llegábamos después de las 9 pm. Claro que toque el claxon, después me dicen que puedo marcar al número, nunca me dieron tarjetas o me dijeron a qué número marcar, todo mal desde el trato del gerente y también desde el tema que no me dieron el cuarto que yo pedí

Me fue mal desde la recepción la persona que está en recepción nada amable, aspecto sucio y rascándose sus partes me dio asco y nunca me dijeron que mi habitación no contaba con aire acondicionado me cobraban $250 pesos extra por tener aire acondicionado siendo que había la instalación del aire pero sin control del aire , la lámpara de la habitación tenía un corto horrible estancia no me quedaría nunca otra vez.
