My family and I enjoyed our stay, spacious and equipped for all our needs. Only thing the pool closed our last day and a half due to draining. It was such a disappointment because the kids were on spring break and the main reason to stay at a hotel. Just wish it coulda been done at a different time or let us know ahead of time.

We really enjoyed the high ceilings in our spacious suite. The water was hot, kitchenware was well stocked with enough utensils to prepare meals. I wasn’t a fan of the beds or bedding. Nice room, clean and very large. Front desk check-in staff offered poor service. The staff found it more important to visit amongst themselves rather than checking in guests. Bar restaurant served good food. Indoor pool and gym facilities were nice as well.

The very bad no good weekend.

So overrall the hotel was good but the weekend seems to be a lot, the staff was not that friendly. To be honest there were in plain clothes and I didnt know who worked there and who didnt. I would give this hotel 4 stars, staff needs to work on hospitality. Rooms were great, lobbys were clean. By the second night i was there they were out of towels for the guest.
