The hotel is located in a great area within walking distance to a lot of landmarks, but removed from the hustle of downtown Madrid. It is quiet and safe. I loved the people who work in the hotel, they were caring and friendly.

Great location with easy access to airport via the nearby metro, as well as the city via lines 4 and 5. Hotel was very clean , in a smart although quiet area. Quirky cinema themed rooms were fun and the bed very comfy! Great option for a wonderful city stay

Remote hotel staffed by good people

Fantastic service but location is too remote Every single attraction in Madrid is at least 15 mins away by taxi or 30 mins by public transport. Prices were comparable with central hotels, so there is little incentive to stay here. Sound proof is lacking and there was not much facility to speak of. Definitely felt closer to a 3 star hotel

It is a good walk to nice bars and 3 metro lines. It is a bit further out from the action of the centre but the public transport runs till late and the area is very safe. The staff at checkin were not particularly switched on missing serval key things but on check out the lady was lovely and took our bags to store while we went out for the day. The room itself was ok very clean and spacious for a city hotel. The bathroom was a little tired and def not a 4* standard.
