Insatisfeito

Pousada em reforma, em todos os cantos tinha material exposto, muita poeira, piscina suja e um barranco de areia ao lado da piscina, o quarto entregue sem material de higiene e sem limpeza. Solicitei pra limpar disse que só no dia seguinte, pq é 1 x ao dia, pedi uma vassoura nem isso me forneceram. O material de higiene só chegou pq fui atrás. Varanda sem nenhum tipo de segurança, tudo a céu aberto, e apenas 1 ferrolho pra trancar a porta pq nem chave tinha. Presenciei cena muito desagradável, Donas ( mãe e filha) dando bronca em funcionário na frente de hóspede, poderiam chamar em um canto, mais nem isso fizeram constrangendo o funcionário. Nem sentiram vergonha de fazer isso em nossa frente. O café da manhã não aconselho, não viu bem. No corredor do café vc encontra várias toalhas e lençóis dobrados expostos nas cadeiras. E o check-out as 10:00 da manhã, nunca vi isso mais tudo bem. Bom é o valor, passar o dia todo fora e só voltar pra dormir.

A hospedagem é razoável, o quarto possui um frigo bar todo enferrujado um ar-condicionado de janela, o banheiro não é dos mais limpos e não possui água quente

Acomodações terríveis; quartos sem conforto; banheiro sem chuveiro quente, não tem ventilação, pia muito pequena, espelho baixo; hotel não tem secador ou ferro para auxiliar em tarefas simples; café da manhã em horário curto (das 7:00 às 9:00) com local apertado e com pouco espaço de locomoção, espaço dividido com área da piscina e com depósito de colchões; algumas lâmpadas do quarto não acendiam, tomadas sem funcionar, falta de cobertores no quarto; não possui telefone para comunicação com recepção; a chave do quarto tinha que ficar na recepção; pelas imagens disponibilizadas parecia um hotel confortável, no local não era nada com o que parecia, foi decepcionante.
