Ótimo lugar para se hospedar em Aruba

O lugar é muito bom, exatamente como nas fotos, tudo estava limpo e arrumado, as duas cadeiras de praia junto com o cooler e os snorkel fazem muita diferença para o aproveito das praias. Os únicos pontos q podem melhorar é os travesseiro que tem 4, mas os 4 são iguais e muito moles, e o checkin que é meio complicadinho no aplicativo. Mas voltaríamos lá com certeza.

Não consegui liberar a porta com meu celular, mas uma funcionaria me viu chegar e me ajudou. O quarto era perfeito tinha tudo para sua estadia. As cadeira, snorkel e cooler tornam a experiencia muito melhor. Havia amenites, chaveiro e agua de brinde. PAra se hospedar aqui é necessario estar com carro, fica a +/- 40 min andadno de Palm Beach e a uns 20min de Eagle Beach, de carro são so 5 min

A melhor opção para quem estiver com carro alugado em Aruba. It’s a new hotel, good for vacation but I can’t believe that is not guess attendance overnight, the only communication is via app messenger so any problem you may have during night no one is in the property to help or assist.

Great Value, Relaxing, and Clean

Just stayed for 6 days and we are pleasantly surprised at the level of sophistication and comfort this property provides. The room was decorated with Aruban inspired murals and cute accent furniture. We used the plunge pool at least 2x/day, usually from afternoon to nighttime. It was a tad too cool in the morning for us, but that worked out because we like to hit the beach early. Staff were very responsive and communication through the app was easy. The only suggestion I have is to provide a larger refrigerator as most people are bringing in some groceries for the stay. Shout out to the staff for the birthday package we purchased. They did a lovely job and my husband really enjoyed it! We will definitely be back in the future!

This location far exceeded my expectations. Very clean premise with very attentive staff. The room had everything I needed, from chairs, cooler, beach towels, snorkeling gear. Everytime I reached out to staff I had a response within a minute, no complaints. I HIGHLH RECOMMEND this boutique hotel & would stay again and again in a heartbeat!

this was a really nice location. The staff were extremely friendly and always helpful. Responded to our every request very promptly. The room was clean. The pool was clean. The property itself was clean, the price was good. I love the fact that it’s off the beaten path a little bit, so you’re not in the thick of all the tourism is a little bit more quiet, which is something I appreciated. We will definitely go back again.

I was delighted to stay at Privada. The room and adjoining courtyard with a mini-pool, lounge area, kitchen and table was quite large and luxurious. Loved the Pop Art-inspired decor, which draws on local landmarks and a local family’s talented artist. Tasteful decor, very comfy bed, attentive service, hosts who are kind and generous with time and more. Thank you!

This was more than expected. There was soft soothing music playing 24 hours but when you closed your door at night, it was soundproof. Not once did we hear neighbors. Dont get me started on those big soft fluffy towels! The shower was wonderful but the towels were amazing. Wish i knew where to find them. The little kitchen area was all we needed. Having beach chairs and a cooler to use was a big pulse. If you dont like big crowds then i highly recomend here. Who knows. Maybe we'll meet you next year as this is the place for us. You are centrally located no matter which way you choose to go

Reservation system broke down and we couldn’t check in. Emergency phone went unanswered. It was 6:30, getting dark and we were in tears. The Wi-Fi would not connect to our phones for 2 days, so no internet. WhatsApp messages did not go through. Digital hotel system was a catastrophic failure for us and ruined our stay in Aruba.

Please do not stay here at Privada stays they charged my credit card excessive charges for no reason with no explanation!!. I am unable to reach anyone I tired calling and email with no luck to reach anyone. My husband and I stayed for 4 days no we were not even offered clean wash clothes or towels luckily we bought our own!.. The area is dark and secluded please do not book here!!

The property is beautiful and very well kept. Our room was amazing and the contactless check in/ out process was easy and quick. They responded very quickly to any concerns that we had. The only drawback is that the way the kitchen/ dining area is designed, it will get wet if it happens to rain because it's outside. Overall though, it's an amazing place.

Great property. A bit of a challenge as we couldn’t walk anywhere off property as roads were meant for cars. We had a car, which is a must at this property. Team was very easy to reach, however could have included some basic info in suite or on WhatsApp re general stuff (garbage) we noticed some adds where put up in the room after we arrived. Enjoyed the ambiance with the music, however could have toned down a bit around pool. Kitchen was equipped. Could have used a cutting board and sharper knife though. We will recommend to our friends as way better than a resort hotel.

Loved my stay! The accommodation is perfect for solo travelers like myself and couples. It is an apartment style with a kitchen, dining area, porch with the plunge pool, and of course the room inside was super stylish with a retro feel, very clean, and spacious bathroom. I gave the area 4 stars because it is not walkable and empty so you need a car or taxi to get places but the grocery store was super close as well as eagle beach. Highly recommend!

It was very clean, quiet, felt very safe, tons of parking, etc. Only reasons we gave it a 4 stars instead or 5 is over 8 days we got only one reasonably "hot" shower, rest of the times it was from luke warm to cold showers. Other comment is I wish they had an outside garbage bin to empty our room garbage daily. We cooked most night in the room and garbage would accumulate and attract insects. If there was a bin outside, after each meal I could go empty my trash there. Last comment is the mini-pool that each unit have are literally ice cold, so we never soaked in it. I could hear our neighbours commenting the same thing. It's sad to have installed these super cute, romantic mini-pools but they are unusable. Otherwise yes I would come back to this hotel if I knew these items were addressed.
