Stay here!

An absolutely gorgeous property. So many photo op areas. 100% solar powered. Super friendly and responsive staff. Great location with a car, close to most things (including a gym .6 miles away). Only 10 min from the airport. They used high quality materials throughout the room and thought of everything. Truly, everything. Dish soap, sponge, bug spray, steamer, outdoor and indoor areas to work. The shower water was delightfully *scalding* so much so that I could not shower at the highest setting It’s also very easy to find at night. Great team, great concept and an absolutely stellar execution. I extended my stay in Aruba just to spend another night/morning on the property. I hope to experience more Privada locations around the world!!

Tivemos um pouco de dificuldade na comunicação, mas o recepcionista foi atencioso e se esforçou para nos atender da melhor forma possível. A estadia é bem equipada, embora a geladeira pudesse ser maior, uma sanduicheira faria falta e o cooktop demora bastante para aquecer — mas conseguimos nos virar. O ponto que mais nos decepcionou foi a limpeza: ela não está inclusa na diária. Se você quiser, precisa pagar à parte. Quando solicitamos a limpeza, informaram inicialmente que seria feita após o 6º dia, mas, mesmo depois desse período, não foi realizada. Ao final da estadia, o recepcionista disse que só seria feita após o 8º dia. Ou seja, se você gosta de tudo sempre limpo e organizado, prepare-se para cuidar você mesmo ou pagar extra por toalhas e limpeza. Outro ponto negativo foi a central de ar, que desligava sozinha e demorava muito para esfriar o ambiente. Acabamos sentindo bastante calor.

Privada was a wonderful experience with a peaceful vibe. The bed was comfortable and rooms are spacious. The team did a great job, calling for taxis and making suggestions. My recommendation is for Privada to consider have a shuttle that goes into town/beach twice a day.

had the most incredible stay at Privada Stays! From the moment we arrived, I felt completely safe and cared for. The staff went above and beyon; always accommodating and incredibly responsive no matter the time of day. Their customer service was unmatched. The app they use made everything so easy and seamless and every detail of our stay felt like it was right at our fingertips. I especially loved using the mobile room key! I appreciated how thoughtful the experience was overall: from the chic vibes to the small touches that made the space feel special. Every moment felt personalized and stress-free. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Aruba. Highly recommend Privada Stays for anyone looking for comfort, style, and top-tier service!

Cons: The bed was extremely uncomfortable way to firm and woke up with back pain and trouble sleeping No social events! No venting machines or a hotel bar, snack shack etc. Housekeeping is only with request and for 15$ The pool is super cute but except for a few photos it’s not used, it’s cold and sun is only during peak hours otherwise it’s shaded. Pros: Very quiet, super relaxing, no loud noises at any time Rooms are beautiful and exactly how the photo shows Location is close to everything 5-10 minute drive to go anywhere. Easy check in and check out.

This property was absolutely amazing, it was super clean and very accessible. My friend and I loved staying here it was very private and quiet. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant! We would 100% return. The only couple of things we disliked was that the room did not have extra blankets and did not have tissues or paper towels, other than this few things the place was excellent!

Visited twice, May and came back in June. Without a doubt, I HIGHLY recommend Privada Stays. Locations 5/5: depending on the type of vacationer, I like to stay outside of the busy areas but not to far. This location was perfect for me. by car, 5-6 minutes from Eagle Beach 5-9min from Super Foods(grocery store). 15min from AUA, 17min from California lighthouse and Arashi beach. 9min from downtown Orangestad. 35-40min to Baby Beach. Cleanliness 5/5: everything was clean upon arrival. Bathroom 👍 bedding 👍 plunge pool 👍 kitchenette 👍 Staff /communication 5/5: no office onsite, but there is an app you would use to chat with staff to address any concerns or requests. The staff responded within a couple of minutes and was attentive at addressing my concerns and requests. Staff was very welcoming and friendly 😊😊😊 Supplies 5/5: The mini fridge and freezer works great! Kept my foods frozen and cold. Pots and pan untensils cups and glasses. Salt and pepper coffee sugar and creamer. Cooler beach chairs bug bug repellent beach towels. Speaking of towels, the bath towels are amaaaazing. Clothes steamer and a safe. There may have been more but these are what I used. WiFi was stable during visit in June 👍 . 2 water bottles. And the water is clean to drink from the tap. Parking 5/5: free parking in lot attached to property. Easily assessable The Cool pool 5/5: clean with outside shower and umbrellas with lounge chairs. Overall: I love the cleanliness , location and privacy.

I didn’t know until I arrived, but Privada Stays is a new spot and the staff takes very great care of you. When you arrive you may expect to see the average lobby, but instead you’re met by staff that is at your service! Be sure to download their app because that is your main way of communication. They have a great parking lot for those of you who may rent a car and if you’re in need of cab, which I did EVERYDAY, they are willing to assist you to receive one. Now let’s talk about the room!!! You have your own kitchenette, a pool, an outdoor area to hangout and enjoy the sky. The actual living space is spacious and the living room area is very noooicce (nice)! The bathroom is cute too. If you’re looking for privacy and comfort, as well as great service this is the place to visit!! Their public pool is also chic. I love great customer service and Privada Stays is a win.

It’s odd when you first arrive since there’s no reception office and the instructions in the app are not great, but once you settle in, it’s fantastic! Room is very spacious, everything is super clean, super private and easy to get to everywhere. It’s in a residential area so also quiet.
