10/10 Exceptional

Always good experience here.
Kyle, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

They expect you to pay 70 a night and they have you talk in a room with a loud ice maker so you can’t hear anything they say, then finally get to the room and there’s cockroaches running on the walls!!

It was quiet didn't have a lot of traffic. But, it could use some pest control.

Do not stay here

Advertised free breakfast..did not happen..said not serving at this time...tried to charge 20.00 per night for 4 lb. Dog...room did not have smoke alarm working..it was broke with batteries out of it..told front desk about it and nothingvwas done..really should have called code enforcement..sending a pic of smoke alarm
Charles, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

Smoke alarm looked as if it did not work at all. Part of which was in a drawer. Could not shut off tub faucet. No security bolt or what was the remains of one was hanging on the door. What appeared to be blood stains on the bedding. Paper thin walls and prostitutes or ?? earning money in the next room. Drug addicts with pit bulls outside our door at 2:00 AM.

Horrible stay not clean, would be last resort. Don’t recommend

Trashy

I refused to stay at this hotel the outside looked like a dope prostitute gathering. The web page showed a great view of the river there was no view. The hotel looks run down. There was bbq grills and chairs outside of the rooms.

Was not very clean. There was no coffee pot in the room. They say free breakfast.... The cereal was super stale and the only other thing they offered was expired vending machine snacks etc Twinkies etc.on the 2nd morning we walked down to get coffee which was supposed to be open at 6:30 (it was 6:50) no one was there. I also don't think an additional $15.00 per day for a dog should be charged. We travel often and was very disappointed with it stay

The place was dumpy. There are nicer hotels in the area for the same price. The pillows were flat and small; none of the furniture matched, there was obvious places in the wall paint that were just blank as a wall mounted lights were removed and the paint hadn’t been touched up.

Upon arrival to the property, it is found to be off of a very beat-up gravel road. The staff (family management) were very friendly. Arrived to my room, to find one of the beds not fully made-up. The main floor lamp / light for the room upon entry, was shoved against the wall, with the lamp shade all messed up, and pointing out into the room. Move the lamp, and a cockroach scampered out... There were multiple flies buzzing around... Shower curtain looked like an oil worker was last in there, with grease left all over it... The place is massively un-kept! Staff is great, but the rest of the place, is dirty-dirty!

Never again!!!

This is a safe place with a roof over your head. No bed bugs. And it’s run by a nice family. That’s about it for the positives. Negatives - we stayed in two different rooms. The first bathroom door was difficult to close. The second bathroom door did not close completely. The carpets in both rooms were filthy. The paint on the walls was nauseating and definitely needed repainting. The second room, the picture hanging on the wall was literally falling apart. There is a nearby Georgia Pacific plant that stinks terribly. The bed linens were so uncomfortable that we went and bought soft blankets at Walmart. The breakfast was a joke. Two types of stale sugary cereal, twinkies, cupcakes and Rice Krispie treats. The ice machine was broken. The ac unit sounded like a Mack truck. And the cops showed up to deal with a drunk. Other than that, no problems.
John, 10-night trip

Nope never again.

All but one lamp in the room didn't work. Room smelled musty and moldy when I walked in. Beds were not comfortable at all. Road to the hotel with horrible covered in potholes. Continental breakfast was a joke eith hostess cakes and two diifferent cereals.will not stay here again.

Room was nice. We had booked a smoking room and really wanted a non smoking room which the hotel staff graciously put us in a non smoking room. The only thing that we had a problem with is we never left the room til afternoon and the maid service left before noon so during our 6 day stay we didn't have any room service. We had to get own towels everyday and empty our own trash. One day the maid was still working and we still didn't get any room service. The breakfast was ok and had a 3 hour time from 6:30 to 9:30 which was good and the room price was really good

Floors were so dirty that socks became black. Breakfast very cheap poor selections. Better not to offer one

Last Resort

The general condition outside did not leave a good impression beginning with the handcart leaning against the building on the sidewalk to the old room a/c unit sitting in the parking lot in pieces. The room had the old tube TV sitting under the sink counter instead of being removed and the carpet didn't look well vacuumed. When I took off my shoes and socks the carpet felt grimy and in need of a good cleaning. I kept my shoes and socks on through the weekend. Generally, the room was clean and the bed comfortable but the generally unkempt look of the grounds and the carpet in dire need of a good deep cleaning put this establishment at the bottom of the list when I am in the Muskogee area in need of a place to stay.

4/10 Fair

The bed was comfortable and the price was nice. Plenty of parking space. Good neighborhood. The housekeeping left a lot to be desired. The carpet had not been vacuumed and there was pet and human hair on the sofa. The walls and doors needed painting or a good cleaning. I will not stay here again.

6/10 Good

Cleanliness

There were stains on the bed sheet no toilet paper on the roll and the towels are barely big enough for a child

6/10 Good

Worth the money

Saved a bunch staying here, and although it showed in the accomodations, the bed was as comfy as any normal hotel's. A/C was noisy, wall above shower was flaky from moisture, shower head was cheap and had some mineral buildup. If you want to spend all day in the room, go elsewhere. If you need a comfy bed to crash on after a 12-16 hour day and the rest can be a little lacking, here is your place.

6/10 Good

Nice hotel in a somewhat isolated location

Room was clean and staff was kind and helpful.Location was somewhat remote but gave easy access to major arteries in town. Continental breakfast did not amount to much but suitable.

4/10 Fair

Less for more

This is a bare bones motel with dirt on the walls around sink area. One of the beds was past providing a firm night's rest. There was no pool, no coffee maker, no ironing board (all of which we could have used). We stayed in Muskogee recently at a motel for $20 less with all the amenities we missed here.

For the Price You cannot Complain

Bathroom, Bed, Fridge, Microwave, OK. Furniture it's cheap and some of the missing doors or Tray, needs replacemant at the door frame, The carpet it's sticky, if you would walk on it, in less than 2 minutes your feet would change a darker color or if walking in white socks would turned to dark. Manager it's always available.

Bargain stop

I was a little leery to stay at this hotel at first but since I was on a tight budget I thought I would give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised. It was right off the highway and very easy to get to. I had no trouble finding it. The front desk attendant was very helpful and pleasant despite being a bit difficult to understand. The room itself wasnt anything fancy but it wasn't scary gross either. If you're looking for a place to wow your socks off this isnt it. But if you're a tired traveler looking for a bargain this is the place to stop. The tub was clean, the water was hot, the air conditioner was cold and the door locked. I have no complaints for the price.

DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL

When My service tech got there the people told him that he didn't have reservations. Then I called up there with the confirmation # and after they sent him on his way they tell me he did have a room. The place was not nice at all, smelled funny and not too clean. [...]

Our reservations for the Knight's Inn

They showed us three rooms. All of them stank. different odors but still they all stank. We did not stay there but went to the Fairfield Inn and spent two nights.
